Papa Weasel, Momma Weasel and Baby Weasel

Anyone can hang up a sign saying NO GUNS and be assured that a gaggle of liberals will trip over each other to be the first to provide help to any anti-gun agenda. In 1996, Los Angeles gave $1.5 million over three years to fund NO GUNS (Networks Organized for Gang Unity and Neighborhood Safety). Funding (estimated at more than $3 million based on previous years) continued until 2006. What caused the funding to be stopped? Apparently, the “Networks Organized for Gang Unity” part of this organization did quite well, as they used other people’s money to make sure gangs remained unified and strong. Imagine what millions tax dollars can do when funneled into gangs like the infamous 18th Street Gang, providing illegal weapons like fully-automatic assault rifles and machine guns (not just the semi-auto assault rifle “definition” our Left Coast Legislature decreed). Silencers galore purchased for the gangs so the residents of LA can sleep better without the sounds of loud gunshots piercing the night.

Despite the gang unity and great business dealings in the underworld, a rather dysfunctional family of Weasels is found to be at the source of this taxpayer rip-off.

Papa Weasel (Hector "Big Weasel" Marroquin) pleaded “no contest” to three counts to “manufacture, distribution and transport for sale of an unlawful assault weapon”. Why he was only charged with three counts is a mystery to me, as the Feds should have had a lot more charges. What about Federal Felonies that can put you in jail for 10-100 years without parole? So much for plea bargaining that saves the government money and costs citizens their blood.

Sylvia Arellano (I’ll call her Mamma Weasel), is Papa Weasel’s girl friend. She is 25 and he is 51. She pleaded no contest to the same charges and also to possession of a silencer, machine gun conversion. She had direct knowledge that her crimes were to benefit local area gangs. See, they really did help “gang unity”.

Hector "Little Weasel" Marroquin is Papa Weasel’s kid, is a convicted felon and is also a member of The 18th Street Gang. He was hired by Papa Weasel to keep an eye on the NO GUNS gang chicken coop.

Isn’t it just a wonderful world where the liberals ban guns from being owned by law-abiding citizens while directly funding gun sales from and to convicted felons? The public politicians who approved the gang gun running financing should be tried as accessories and locked up. We know who the real weasels are.

Poor Pistol Packin' Perata

This is the same Don that wanted a 5 to 10 cent tax on every single bullet. He sponsored the California 1999 Assault Weapons Ban, which made us either register them or ship them out of state. This is the same Don that was so afraid of the law-abiding gun owners that he received a California concealed carry weapons permit with three guns listed on the form. He has fought for the abolition of the CCW permits, except for socialists like himself. The Don has done all this to make Californians safe from gun violence.

The all of a sudden he sees out of the corner of his eye a youth with an “automatic weapon” held like a gangsta’ sideways that tapped on the window of his 2006 Dodge Charger with 22” wheels and ordered him out of the car. I can just imagine the not-so-dapper Don soiling his pants. He also stated that there was no gun in the car when it was hijacked.

It is OUR (the taxpayers) car. Why is he driving a Dodge with custom wheels rather than a Prius? Arnold has blessed the Don’s socialist agenda and made California a green state where we are told what light bulbs we can possess, when we can or cannot burn a log in a fireplace and we have to get rid of our gas guzzlers or pay additional registration fees and penalties. I just paid over $400.00 for a smog-only test, registration fees and fees to get a Junk permit for my 1989 Lincoln Towne Car (the infamous Bush Mobile that terrorized the liberals for eight years). The Don gets a pass.

The gun was a “semi-automatic” weapon, not the “automatic” the Don said it was. With all the anti-gun legislation he has written, he is either really stupid or he is a liar; maybe both. It was also illegal for this youth to possess a loaded weapon in public. If I had carried a loaded exposed weapon, I would be a guest of the Gray Bar Hotel and the Don would probably throw away the key. The Don now feels sorry for the youth and says we need to put more restrictions on gun ownership. How will that prevent this same youth from illegally carrying a loaded gun in public? Will the youth in question suddenly realize that he performed an illegal act and stop doing it? I don’t think so. He will probably do it more because he knows that the chance of stopping someone that has a concealed weapon, and knows how to properly hold and use it, is real slim. In fact, winning $10,000 in the lottery has better odds.

The Don told police there was no gun in the car. Wouldn’t you know that the Don was too lazy to re-qualify for his CCW and let it lapsed? Why should he worry? All he does is need to call up a sheriff or a Chief of Police and get qualified to protect himself from the law-abiding gun owners again. The rest of us just have to dream of being able to obtain a CCW for self protection against criminals.

After the last election, the socialists have control of all the laws in the state, so the law-abiding gun owners are not effective any more. We need to gather some momentum and vigorously stand up for our God-given rights before the socialists take away all of them.

Also, beware of an advertisement for a used red 2006 Dodge Charger with freshly shampooed seats. There is probably a bunch of "greenhouse" methane gas still left in the driver's seat.

Emotional Attack on the Second Amendment

I have some very sad news and some good news that I have to tell you.
The Virginia Tech shootings that took place on the “Gun-Free Zone” of the VT campus has started to become a gathering place for those who wish to attack the Second Amendment by appealing to the emotional aspects of those shootings. Yes, I feel very emotional towards the shootings and have some items that would have helped or would help in the future:
1. Outlaw all “Gun-Free Zones”. The murderer didn’t pay attention to that campus rule. Although we will never know what went through that murderer’s mind, he might have had second thoughts if he knew that the campus was not a target-rich environment. Even murderers who are bent to killing sometimes do think of their own demise at someone else’s hand. And we definitely know that the presence of concealed weapons on campus would have dramatically reduces, if not eliminated most of the 32 innocent victims. This is evidenced by at least four shootings or attempted shootings in the past year where people carrying firearms or who had retrieved firearms from their cars were able to stop the murderer or would be murderer right in his tracks. We would see a dramatic drop in the number of killings.
2. With concealed weapons being carried on campus, there is a very high probability that a person trying to kill a lot of people will be stopped. If the person survives and is convicted of killing someone, they should be given a very public hanging: tie a rope around a tree limb, sit the person on a horse with the rope around their neck and then let the horse ride off into the sunset. After the first few public hangings, we would see a second dramatic drop in killings. Remember the Constitution prevents “cruel AND unusual” punishment. Hangings are very commonplace in the world so they are not unusual.
3. Go after everyone in the Virginia Tech system that promoted creating a “Gun-Free Campus” and fire them. Just to be humane, which is more that they are to the innocent victims they created, give them two month’s severance payable weekly until it runs out or they find a job.. Anyway, they should be able to quickly find employment in the University of California system.
Now the bad news: One-half of the innocent victims’ families are going after the Virginia legislature; not to allow concealed carry on all campi, but to close the gun show “loopholes”, even though the weapons were not bought at a gun show. They also want to make sure anyone referred for any mental treatment (even for something as innocent as bereavement counseling) are permanently banned from exercising their Second Amendment rights. For the record, I believe that people with mental problems that involve violence and murder should be banned from gun ownership, as well as being banned from owning a baseball bat. In fact, they should be locked up.
Andrew Goddard, whose son Colin survived the shooting after being hit by four bullets, seems to be spearheading this drive. I expect we will see the fingerprints of the major gun control factions appear soon.
The good news: At least one person, State Senator-elect Robert Hurt, is for preserving the Second Amendment. He says “…it’s a liberty factor.”
Also, pray for Phillip Van Cleave, president of the Virginia Citizens Defense League. He is leading his group to combat this assault.
The article, Va. Tech Families to Lobby Legislature, by Kristen Gelineau of the Associated Press caught my attention and prompted me to comment.

It's the Deer, My Dear

Every year, hunters take to the roads in hopes of bagging their own seasonal favorite. Some go for duck. Some go for quail. High on the list of some are bear and elk. Mountain lion was high on lists until some wackos in California decided that the “cuddly” cats were becoming extinct and needed to be protected, despite the number of rising attacks, but that is a different story.

Deer are another favorite, and that is what I am writing about today. In fact, about 1,500,000 of them are taken each year. Around one hundred fifty people also lose their lives each year trying to get one. This comes to 1 in 10,000 people to deer ratio.

Many readers might think these numbers are too low. Others, like the members of PETA probably think the numbers are too high for their liking. However, I would even bet that at least one or two PETA members actively, but under the cover of darkness, partake in this time-honored tradition.

All of this happens and the gun powder is dry - not a microgram has been used; not a single non-lead bullet (in California, of course) is pushed down a barrel to cross a valley to take down Bambi or her brethren.

WHAT???????
Yes, you read the above information correctly. There is not a typo in those figures. There is no mistake about it. Also, more importantly, I did not go crazy from eating some undercooked wild boar or mountain lion.

I’ll give you a hint: $1,500,000,000 is spent. That’s right: ONE AND A HALF BILLION DOLLARS. That is around an average of $1,000 per deer, dear. Now, realize that this figure is an average. If you are one of the more unfortunate hunters, you could possibly spend $10,000 or more.

It just depends on how expensive a vehicle you own.
